When the startup guide is complete, Parent users can add new users in Settings.

To add a new user to your family account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Family → Family Members
  3. Tap the green circle with plus symbol
  4. Type the new member’s name
  5. Select Permissions
  6. Choose permission type: Parent, Teenager, Child, Young Child
  7. Tap Add

This creates a Linked user, which is typically best for small children. In many cases you’ll want to upgrade these profiles to either a Standard user (for older children or teenagers) or a Parent user (for parents, adult children, or guardians).

Upgrading requires inviting the person to set up their own access and take control of their profile.
