Zerin Technologies (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates www.familytools.app and www.familytoolsapp.com (the “Site/App”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users.
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site/App. By using the Site/App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection And Use
While using our Site/App, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name (“Personal Information”) and email address (“Contact Information”).
Email Address Confidentiality
We are committed to keeping your email address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease contact data or any other data to third parties, and we will not provide your information to any third party, government agency, or company unless compelled to by law.
Children Safety
The safety of children is our top priority. All content generated by the site/app is for general audiences and is meant to be appropriate for all age groups. No content created by us will be adult in nature. Content shared by family members in the app is not monitored or censored by us and is at the discretion of each user. Account Owners (parents/guardians) have the ability to monitor, alter, and delete all family user-generated content. Account Owners can also suspend or remove users from the family account at any time. While the app is marketed to parents and is not intended for use without parent consent, those 13 or older can legally sign up and use the app if they desire. However, our intention is that parents be the master Account Owners and not children. Children under the age of 13 may use the app under a parent’s account (Child Account) without need of a personal email address. If a parent signs up a child 12 years or younger using a child’s personal email address, we interpret such action as parental consent.

This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site/App that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your device’s hard drive.
Like many online services, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
