12 Permission Settings

Permission settings allow parents to control the level of access for each family member. To configure permissions, navigate to Settings > Family > Permissions. There are four preset roles: Parent, Teenager, Child, and Young Child. Premium users have the added flexibility to customize individual permission settings for each family member.

These flexible options include permission to:

  • Create chores for themselves and others
  • Create events for themselves and others
  • See and check off others’ chores and list items
  • Generate meal plans
  • Create and delete recipes
  • Edit family information and members
  • Access linked accounts
  • And much more!

In addition to allowing older kids to manage their own organization, permission settings help prevent younger children from accidentally deleting important data and ensure that both parents have access to everyone’s information.
