Not Getting Notifications on Your iOS Device? Try the following:
- Disable all the notifications in the app, then close the app, reopen the app, and re-enable them.
- If they still don’t work, disable all the notifications and then uninstall and reinstall the app before re-enabling them.

How to Test Notifications
There are two ways to test notifications. (Note: Both require you to be outside the app to work properly; there are no in-app notifications.)
- With Calendar notifications enabled, create a future calendar event with notifications on and assign it to yourself. A notification should appear on your device at the designated time.
- You can also enable notifications for other things, such as when someone has assigned you a task. Enable one of those notifications and have someone else (including a non-email account) assign you a task on a different device than yours and see if the notification comes in for the event.
