How Do I Retrieve My Password or Reset it?

Forgot Password

If you are locked out of your profile and have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by tapping the Forgot Password link on the sign in screen.

On the Password Recovery screen, enter the email address for your profile and submit it.

You should receive a password recovery email entitled “Reset your password for Family Tools”.

Now follow the instructions in the email. (If you don’t see this email, make sure to check your spam folder.)

Reset Password in App

If you would like to change your password you can do so from inside the app. Go to Settings, Profile, General, Password and select Change. You will then be asked to Re-Authenticate with your current password and then create a new one. If you don’t remember your password you can use the Forgot Password method above to reset it.
